More Zuzana From: BodyRock.TV
I plan on working out more this next week. My biggest motivator is myself, But…Zuzana makes you want to push yourself to other limits!
Here is what I want to try from her video’s:

20 mins? Not bad…
This looks hard, I have tried her lower body workout, I liked it and it was a good workout.
I like her workouts because she does her workouts in rounds. Then your done with that move.
You don’t do 1 set then you still have 2 more sets after you do a different move.
With zuzanas workouts you do one workout move till its done, After that you don’t have to think about that move anymore.
And you just do what you can, AND her voice is not all hyper and annoying.
I guess its just the way I think. I just want to get it done!!
