My personal favorite is YogaButt. You can buy it with a “YogaButt Ball” sounds weird…huh?

YogaButt is only like 45mins, She picked the right moves at the right time, Everything flows very nicely.

There is no weird breathing methods

• Her voice is not annoying
• Simple, but very effective moves
• Gives you a nice yoga workout

I am so over summer, I want fall right know. I live in the Sun Shine state so I bet you know why I am very ready for Fall.

In November I will be going up north for a family trip, I will soak up every orange leaf that I see. The trees down here don’t seen to like the color red or orange, They are very content staying GREEN or falling off the tree brown.

To me lemons are amazing!!

we all know what they taste like, and that they can be very good squeezed on your favorite fish.

or made into Lemonade.

But lemons are more then that..

1. Put 10 lemons into a big bowl or glass vase and WA–LAA you have a pretty decoration.
2. dampen hair with lemon juice, lay in the sun, and your hair gets a little lighter!
3. Sometimes at restaurants I’ll take a lemon slice, rub it in my hands to clean them.
4. Rub lemon on dry spots on your body like your elbows. it will moisturize them.
5. Drink warm lemon juice with honey and a little water to help a sore throat, lost voice or to prepare you before you sing.
6. Because lemon juice contains such a high concentration of Vitamin C, it has been known to help strengthen teeth and gum’s.
7. Mix lemon juice and water and use as a hair rinse after you wash your hair. It will make your hair shiny.
8. Some people like to use it to Detox, But I don’t believe in detoxing..Your body runs great on its own. you don’t need to starve yourself to clean you body out!!!!LOL Just eat good old fashion FOOD! not CRAP!

Ok now for the real show stopper…..Lemon juice also calms and helps acne!!!!

I have a bad habit of picking at my whiteheads/blackheads witch then turn into zits…:(

I try not to do it..but sometimes I do. after I do,  My face feels and looks really bad.

So I came across this girls blog, and she said lemon juice was good for your face.

Just take a cut lemon wedge and rub all over your face,(Squeezing as you rub) and leave on for 5 mins.

so I tried it, and boy did it STING!!!!

if you don’t have zits I don’t think it would sting.

I could hardly bare it.

Here is what I noticed:

• Tighter face( in a good way)
• my pores were tighter
• all my redness went way down
• and the places that I picked at were smaller
• I felt refreshed and better

So give it a try, wither you have acne or not I think it would benefit you.

Also comment below if you have other ways to use Lemon Juice. I would love to know.

Striae gravidarum, or stretch marks as they are more commonly known, will appear in 50-90 percent of all pregnant women due to the stretching of the skin most often in the sixth and seventh months. Stretch marks occur in the dermis, the middle layer of the skin that contains Elastin, the component that gives the skin its elasticity. These harmless marks on the skin can be lessened with preventative measures and proper care although nothing can actually prevent them from occurring 100 percent.

WILL I GET STRETCH MARKS?

Stretch marks are more likely to appear if you gain more weight than recommended during your pregnancy or weight is gained or lost rapidly. You are more likely to get stretch marks if your mother or sister had them. African American women are less likely to get stretch marks than Caucasian or Asian women. If you have stretch marks from a previous pregnancy, you can expect a darkening or an extension of the old marks.

WHAT CAN I DO TO PREVENT STRETCH MARKS?

Keep your body well hydrated. Healthy, hydrated skin stretches better. Avoid caffeine which can increase the likelihood of getting stretch marks. 20 mins? Not bad…

This looks hard, I have tried her lower body workout, I liked it and it was a good workout.

I like her workouts because she does her workouts in rounds. Then your done with that move.

You don’t do 1 set then you still have 2 more sets after you do a different move.

With  zuzanas workouts you do one workout move till its done, After that you don’t have to think about that move anymore.

And you just do what you can, AND her voice is not all hyper and annoying.

I guess its just the way I think. I just want to get it done!!

that I have found to be lovely.

I recently had my first hairdresser experience about 3 weeks ago.

My good friend wanted a shorter hairstyle and thought I could do a good enough good till she got

a real haircut from a real hairdresser.

I was very skeptical at first because, #1 I have no experience and #2 I myself had a very bad  experience of my friend cutting my hair for the same reason when I was about 13.

She said, “I think I’m getting the hang of this”

Then 5mins later one side was to my chin and the other to the middle of my face!!!!

I think we both cried…I was really embarrassed so I pined it all up so so when I went home no one would notice!

The word got out and everyone wanted a peak at the horrible cut. My friend has lots of sister-in-laws and they hounded me like the paparazzi. NO JOKE!

Well, back to my friend..I decided I would do it, I would just go really really slow.

How bad could that be?

So I did go slow, I cut it to mid neck length.

at first it was really blunt, unlike the photo.

so I went in and tried to give it some more texture.

It was not perfect at all but good enough to wear and it made me proud.

I think Scarlett’s haircut would be really cute on my friend.

And no I’m not interested in giving it another go, layers are quite stressing..

She can have a pro do it.

For some reason when I post, I start off with one subject then end with another.

Do other blogger’s have this problem?
